Invoices are sent as payment links through our payment provider SumUp. When you open or pay a SumUp link, SumUp processes the data required to complete the payment under its own privacy policy.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
We keep contact and invoice-related data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by statutory retention periods.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Contact contact@treoplex.com to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
